Here’s what makes it stand out: Specialized Rehabilitation Programs: Tailored care for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, orthopedic trauma, and other neurological or complex conditions. Intensive Therapy Model: Patients typically receive at least three hours of physical, occupational, and/or speech therapy per day, five days a week, under the supervision of a rehabilitation physician. State‑of‑the‑Art Facility: Offers modern therapy equipment, private rooms, and a dedicated team focused on maximizing recovery and quality of life. 24/7 Medical Support: Around‑the‑clock nursing and physician oversight ensure continuous care and safety throughout the rehabilitation process. How you’ll contribute The Physical Therapist Assistant provides physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, assisting in restoring function and improving mobility. Essential Functions Administer physical therapy interventions as directed by the supervising PT. Assist in patient mobility and exercise routines. Monitor patient responses and report progress to PT. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Ensure a safe and clean environment for treatment. Perform other duties as assigned. Additional Information Team-oriented and patient-focused with strong communication skills. Qualifications and requirements Education: Associate’s degree from a PTA program. Experience: Rehab or acute care experience preferred. License: Current PTA license in state of practice. Certifications: CPR certification required.
