Enterprise Analyst

Base pay range $20.00/hr - $28.00/hr Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support enterprise reporting and recipe data management across multiple systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and efficiency during parallel reporting and system transitions, particularly between Macromatix and JDE. Key Responsibilities Support enterprise-level reporting initiatives by analyzing data across systems. Assist in the creation of new consolidated reporting tools during parallel reporting phases. Identify and resolve discrepancies in reporting outputs. Recipe Data Auditing & Management: Audit newly entered recipes in Macromatix for accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with the Product Development team to review and validate new recipe entries. Support efforts to reduce duplication by streamlining recipe entry processes across Macromatix and JDE. System Transition Support: Assist with data integrity and consistency during parallel system usage. Help identify and implement improvements to reduce manual duplication of recipe data. Qualifications Experience with enterprise reporting tools and data analysis. Familiarity with recipe management systems such as Macromatix and JDE. Strong attention to detail and ability to audit data effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Skills Prior experience in foodservice, retail, or product development environments. Knowledge of SQL, Excel, or other data analysis tools.
