What You'll Do

As an Account Coordinator, you'll become the day-to-day point of contact for national client accounts, helping coordinate inspection, service, and maintenance work across the country.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate service requests from start to finish.
• Build strong relationships with clients and vendor partners.
• Communicate daily with customers, technicians, and vendors to ensure work is completed on time.
• Provide updates on work orders, inspections, and account activity.
• Prepare proposals, reports, and customer documentation.
• Assist Account Managers with managing national customer accounts.
• Source and onboard qualified service vendors through professional outbound calling.
• Maintain accurate records using company software and CRM systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction.

• Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in:
• • Fire & Life Safety,  or
  • Customer service, account coordination, dispatching, scheduling, or a professional call center environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• CRM experience is a plus.
