Travel Registered Nurse Cardiac Tele Job

Overview
Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse – Nights, 3x12 shifts – Saint Louis, Missouri – Start 09/08/2026 – 36 guaranteed hours per week – Hospital travel assignment. Weekly pay: $1,869–$1,880 per week.

Responsibilities
- Monitor telemetry for adult cardiac patients and interpret dysrhythmias accurately
- Manage cardiac medications and drips (no titration required)
- External pacemaker monitoring and chest tube surveillance
- Post-cardiac cath/surgery care, including heparin protocols and IV start/maintenance
- Provide care for adult cardiac/telemetry patients (e.g., TAVR, post-PCI, pre/post cardiac surgery/cath)
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support stable patient progression and safe discharge planning

Requirements
- Active RN license; MO license or compact accepted (MO or compact required; MO submit without license OK)
- IL license in hand required at submittal (where applicable)
- BCLS (BLS) and NIHSS required
- ACLS preferred; may be required by compliance deadlines
- Minimum 2 years of telemetry/cardiac telemetry experience
- EPIC charting experience
- First-time travelers accepted
- Flu vaccine required; COVID-19 vaccine not required
- Ability to work Nights in a 28-bed cardiac telemetry unit; will float within scope to meet facility needs
- Pre-start modules/labs completed prior to start per policy
