Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Friday 01:00 AM – 05:00 AM; Saturday 04:30 PM – 12:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while following site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify conditions that may require attention. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report discrepancies in accordance with site‑specific procedures. Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in required reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts, supervisors, and/or first responders as appropriate. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
