Business Development Representative

Driving strategic growth initiatives, the full-time Business Development Representative will engage with existing global customers to promote the T20 platform, manage outreach campaigns, and handle complex objections while working remotely. Key responsibilities Execute targeted outreach campaigns to low-engagement customers, both internationally and domestically Drive migration pipeline creation by securing commitments for platform transitions and ensuring smooth handoffs to the Professional Services team Effectively handle objections and re-educate customers on product value to mitigate churn risks Required qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative, Inside Sales Representative, or Account Retention Specialist in the SaaS or technology sector Demonstrated experience working directly with existing customers, particularly in account management or migration conversations Proven ability to handle objections and turn difficult conversations into value-driven interactions High proficiency with Salesforce and familiarity with modern sales tools like Gong Engage and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Comfort managing outreach across international time zones with flexibility in scheduling
