Schedule:

Mondays: 5am-1:30

Tuesday-Friday 6am -2:30

 

Pay rate $20-$22 depending on experience 

 

Key Responsibilities

· Assist customers via phone and email with general questions and order updates.

· Enter and process customer orders accurately.

· Update customer information and maintain accurate records.

· Assist with order status, delivery, and basic product inquiries.

· Communicate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.

· Prepare documents, reports, and other customer service paperwork.

· Perform data entry and general administrative duties.

· Escalate customer issues to the appropriate CSR or supervisor when necessary.

· Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers.

· Provide additional support to the Customer Service department as needed.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, including 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) experience required.

· Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
