Join a collegial, well-established network of primary care and specialty providers Employment through Cardiovascular Associates of Marin, the premier single-specialty Cardiology group serving Marin, Sonoma, and Napa Counties Full-time position, based in Marin Exciting growth opportunity with strong clinical, administrative, philanthropic, and marketing support In addition to advancedheart failure patients, physicianwillsee general cardiologypatients in this blended community-based practice This is a hybrid position. It includes daily inpatient rounding and outpatient follow-up, with an approximate split of 30-40% inpatient and 60-70% outpatient. This Cardiologist will also be managing hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and amyloid heart disease Call for General Cardiology is approximately one weekend every five weeks and one weeknight every other week EPIC electronic health record utilized Highly desirable, family-friendly communities Qualifications for this Position M.D. Applicants must be board eligible or certified Experience in the care of heart failure and treatment of mitral valve disease. Board certification in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology isnotrequired. Open to experienced physicians or new grads Licensed or eligible for licensure in California Exhibit excellent communication skills and be able to develop strong relationships with patients, as well as sensitivity to cultural and linguistic differences Practice evidence-based medicine andpossessa strong philosophy of excellence in patient care and excellence in the overall patient experience Compensation Basesalaryiscommensuratewith experience and training.A base of $500K to $600K is guaranteed for 2 years. Beyond the base salary, productivity bonus and incentives add up to a highly competitive total compensation package.
