Program Specialist Overview As a Program Specialist, you’ll be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses. You’ll work alongside a supportive team to help schools reach their fundraising goals, deliver engaging student experiences, and create a positive impact for students and communities. Responsibilities Teach and present a character‑based curriculum to students Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser Motivate students to participate and raise funds for their school Engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators Model fitness, leadership, and character as part of a team What You’ll Bring to the Table Excellent communication – you can connect professionally and enthusiastically with students, faculty, and staff through written and verbal communication Positive attitude – you display optimism, enthusiasm, and intentionality when interacting with clients and the team Growth mindset – you demonstrate a continual desire to learn and grow both personally and professionally Good judgment – you have a strong sense of self‑awareness and emotional intelligence Outcome‑oriented – you are a hard worker who gets things done in a timely and efficient manner Enthusiastic – you connect enthusiastically with students, faculty, and staff Additional Requirements Licensed driver with reliable transportation You can pass Booster's background and motor‑vehicle check You can lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day Full‑day availability (7:00am–4:00pm) on scheduled workdays Our Work Environment Includes Exciting and engaging culture: team events, award ceremonies, epic celebration trips, free lunches, dinners, and more.
