As an operations system analyst, you understand the power behind complex systems. That knowledge is key when it comes to performing integration and testing of EW components for integration into Navy ships. We’re looking for a systems analyst who can use their skills to develop and implement procedures for product testing, review and evaluate test results, and recommend production or design changes to ensure quality and performance standards in support of the Soft Kill Coordination Subsystem (SKCS) program. You Have: 8+ years of experience in threat systems analysis or operation of United States Navy Electronic Warfare systems Experience with Electronic Maneuver Warfare systems and operations, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, and generation of Electronic Warfare Gaps and Capabilities Experience with threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force OPLANS, Fleet operations, and specializing in Electronic Warfare and Information Operations Experience with Linux Experience with the AN and SLQ-32 including V6 and V7 variants Experience organizing, leading, and hosting large meetings, workshops, or conferences Knowledge of systems development or testing and creating/reviewing technical documentation, Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), Concepts of Employment (CONEMP), Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), and Developmental and Operational Test and Evaluation (T&E) Knowledge of Agile methodology Secret clearance HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have: Knowledge of JCIDs process 5000 series Ability to troubleshoot technical issues Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders Ability to function both independently and as part of a team Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
