About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Strategic Partnerships to spearhead the growth of its Private Duty business. This executive role is pivotal in driving revenue through non-traditional channels, with a focus on long-term care insurance, VA programs, and other alternative funding sources. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire partnership lifecycle, from identifying new opportunities to building and nurturing relationships that result in a robust and consistent referral pipeline. The role demands a highly external, revenue-generating approach, with a significant emphasis on in-market engagement. Success will be measured by the expansion of the referral pipeline, partner growth, and the achievement of Private Duty revenue targets. Candidates for the VP of Strategic Partnerships position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in business development, partnerships, or channel sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue through strategic alliances. A strong network across payer or referral channels is essential, as is experience in LTCi, VA programs, home care, or post-acute care. The role requires an individual with executive presence, capable of engaging senior stakeholders, and who is comfortable with building and executing partnership strategies. Preferred qualifications include experience with insurance, managed care, or government healthcare programs, and familiarity with home care operations and reimbursement workflows. The ideal candidate will also have exposure to workers' comp, employer benefits, or alternative referral channels, and knowledge of PACE or integrated care models.
