Client Services Specialist

We are seeking a professional and personable Client Services Specialist to assist prospective and existing clients with understanding available products service options and enrollment opportunities. The Client Services Specialist will serve as a knowledgeable resource during client consultations helping explain service features clarify purchasing requirements and facilitate a smooth transition from initial interest to completed enrollment. The ideal candidate is attentive organized and comfortable combining relationship-building with customer-facing sales responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with prospective clients to discuss their interests and service requirements.

Introduce available products service plans and current offerings.

Ask relevant questions to identify client preferences and purchasing priorities.

Provide clear information regarding pricing promotional terms and enrollment requirements.

Assist clients with comparing service selections and identifying suitable options.

Review client information and verify the accuracy of required documentation.

Assist with completing routine forms and service-related records.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or 12 years of experience in client services sales customer relations hospitality or a related field.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong listening skills and ability to explain information clearly.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
