Our organization is on the lookout for a physician leader to fill the role of Chief of Urology at Peconic Bay Medical Center, located in Riverhead, NY. The key responsibilities associated with this position include:

• Collaborating with the chair on all aspects of clinical operations.

• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care by developing and standardizing care processes and protocols.

• Fostering a culture of scholarship focused on quality improvement, health equity, and patient outcomes.

• Overseeing the productivity of physician faculty and support staff.

• Maintaining and enhancing the department's excellence.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possession of an M.D. degree or its equivalent from an accredited medical school.

• Completion of residency and fellowship training, with Board Certification or eligibility.

• Current medical licensure in the State of New York.

• Exceptional communication and management abilities, with a proven capacity to collaborate effectively with medical staff, hospital management, and other personnel.

• Prior experience in leadership roles within a division, department, or program.

Our Urology Institute has experienced significant growth over the past five years across Long Island, New York City, and Westchester, aiming to deliver comprehensive and integrated healthcare and wellness services.
