This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative and high-stakes litigation with a collaborative team of skilled professionals.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in Texas, in good standing4-6 years of substantive experience in complex litigation with a focus on employment related and class actionsExtensive experience defending class action lawsuits, including but not limited to: employment discrimination, workplace privacy, and EEOC/DOL mattersWage and hour claims, statutory or common law privacy issuesBackground in counseling employers on federal and state employment law compliance, drafting workplace policies and assisting clients with employment issues is requiredA proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to tackle cutting-edge legal issuesExceptional legal research and writing skillsKey ResponsibilitiesLitigate a variety of high-profile class action cases, with a particular focus on labor and employment class actionsDevelop case strategies and provide support throughout all aspects of litigation, from discovery to trialDraft workplace policiesProvide strategic counsel to clients on complex legal issuesCollaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality legal solutionsMaintain direct client relationships and manage case teams effectivelyWhy Join Us?This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced litigator to join a collegial and forward-thinking team specializing in class action litigation.
