Human Resources Assistant (HRA)

Hourly Rate: $19/hr-$22/hr Overview We are seeking a talented and curious HR professional who values partnership, accountability, and meaningful impact. This is a hands‑on, hospital‑based HR role for someone who wants to be close to the work—supporting caregivers, leaders, and operations—while partnering closely with our HR Shared Services team. Location & Employment Select Specialty Hospital - Palm Beach Critical Illness Recovery Hospital Lake Worth, FL Full‑Time | On‑Site | M‑F Responsibilities Clerical responsibilities such as typing, filing, and compiling records. Provide secretarial duties for the Human Resources department. Support the Administration/CEO and other departments as needed. Must have word‑processing skills and prioritize and complete assignments in a timely fashion. Must be an inventive problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications College courses are preferred.
