Client Service Specialist Job Description Black Diamond Financial is a private wealth management firm focused on preserving and enhancing wealth.We are seeking a Client Service Specialist for our Lutherville, MD office who has client service experience, ideally with a financial services company.The Client Service Specialist is an important position within our firm.This position will work within our Client Services Team to fulfil client needs including Charles Schwab account onboarding and servicing, money movement and client communication.This position can lead to significant upward mobility within the firm and a rewarding career. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Enhancing the client’s experience through friendly, professional interaction with clients coming into the office *Communicating with private wealth clients to ensure their requests are quickly completed including opening investment accounts, processing client requests, resolving inquiries and providing guidance Organizing and maintaining all client records Working closely with our Client Services Team and our Wealth Advisory Team on all onboarding tasks pertaining to new clients and working with our custodian, Charles Schwab Supporting our firm’s Wealth Advisors as needed Completing account transfers including time sensitive ACH and wire transactions Completing and tracking all compliance related materials for new clients Required Background: Candidates for this role will have a history of exceptional client service, attention to detail and high achievement. The ideal candidates have excellent organizational and people skills and feel comfortable working in a professional environment.Experience working at a financial advisory firm and working with Charles Schwab account forms are a plus. Other Required Qualifications: The perfect candidate will bring to the role an affinity for client services, a team-oriented approach and a strong work ethic.
