Summary of Job Duties:

The Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Assistant Professor [Otologist/Neurotologist] for a full-time faculty position, depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications:

• M.D. or equivalent required.
• Board Certification.
• License to practice medicine or eligible in the State of Arkansas.

Responsibilities:

• Caring for patients in the clinic, inpatient, and surgical settings.
• Provide coordination, continuity, and consistency in patient care, community outreach, and medical education.
• Perform varied responsibilities in the areas of patient care, medical education, and/or scholarly activities.

Additional Information:

This position is a Designated Research Position and is regulated by the Arkansas Research Education Protection Act of 2025.
