Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and provide evidence-based short-term psychotherapy to diverse client populations.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including crisis intervention, brief therapy, skills training, and couples counseling, catering to individual, group, and family therapy needs.

• Deliver interventions under the supervision of licensed psychologists, nurse practitioners, and physicians, ensuring comprehensive care while adhering to the latest clinical guidelines.

• Develop and maintain treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, regularly assessing treatment outcomes and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to evaluate complex cases and refine treatment planning, leveraging collective expertise for optimal patient outcomes.

• Maintain concise and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, using electronic health records to track client progress and coordinate care.

Qualifications\n
