At Autism Delaware POW&R, we seek flexible, dedicated individuals to work as Residential Direct Support Professionals in the Lewes area.
We are looking for amazing part-time and PRN direct support professionals to join our residential team supporting a young woman in our supported living service.

Shifts 3pm to 8pm

We offer a weekend shift differential.

Responsibilities:
Provide the highest quality of care to individuals with autism in their private residences
Supporting a home environment that ensures the participant is safe, cared for, and engaged in their community.
Providing transportation to social and recreational activities in your own car
Ensuring health and wellness
Advocating for those we support
Assisting in developing and implementing a support plan
Documenting progress, support provided, and activities
Must possess the ability to adapt to diverse work situations
Strong written and oral communication skills
Minimum Requirements to be considered include :
Must be 18 years of age or older
Proof of High school diploma or equivalent
Possess a valid driver's license and Auto Insurance
A reliable vehicle to assist with community access
Favorably pass all background checks
Must have full range of motion, physical strength, and ability to achieve and maintain paid training and certifications.
