We’re looking for an Events Producer to own and execute a portfolio of high‑impact tradeshows and experiential activations, ensuring a consistent, compelling, and measurable brand experience. Tradeshow Strategy & Planning Own a portfolio of mid‑size events aligned to demand generation and category priorities. Evaluate and recommend events based on ROI, audience relevance, and competitive landscape. Partner with Category Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Account Management to define goals, messaging, branding, and staffing. Event Execution & Production Lead end‑to‑end execution of tradeshows and activations, including booth design, fabrication, AV, shipping, and on‑site operations. Manage vendors and agencies: sourcing, negotiation, contracts, and delivery against brand standards. Assist the sales team in manning the floor during busy times and speak credibly about Whatnot and live shopping. Build and manage detailed Run of Show documentation and lead on‑site execution. Program Design & Operations Translate creative concepts into executable production plans. Own production timelines, sequencing, and logistics from planning through strike. Lead on‑site coordination, including staff scheduling, briefing, and training. Troubleshoot technical and operational issues in real time. Logistics & Systems Own and scale the “Booth‑in‑a‑Box” logistics and checkout process. Build and manage inventory systems for event assets, swag, and seller kits. Lead ordering, shipping, and fulfillment for all IRL events. Develop repeatable processes to improve efficiency and consistency. Budgeting & Event Ownership Build and manage budgets for mid‑size events. Track estimates vs. actuals and proactively manage variances. Identify risks early and adjust scope, vendors, or plans as needed. Serve as logistics/production lead for mid‑size events and support large‑scale events. You Event Production Expertise: 4‑7 years of experience with tradeshow logistics, vendors, and on‑site execution. Strategic + Tactical Mindset: Understanding both the “why” behind events and the “how” to execute them. Figure‑It‑Out Operator: Track record of navigating ambiguity and solving problems independently. Own Everything & Nothing: Cross‑functional collaboration and the ability to flex up or down based on event needs. Experimental Marketing chops: Designing attendee‑centric experiences that resonate and elevate the brand. Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of event tech/AV setups; able to troubleshoot independently (OBS experience a plus). Operational Excellence: Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. Process Builder: Experience creating scalable systems (inventory, logistics, playbooks) from the ground up. Travel Bug: Will attend a good amount of IRL events throughout the year, both US and international (a valid passport is required). Budget Ownership: Comfortable managing budgets, tradeoffs, and ROI. Benefits Flexible Time off Policy and Company‑wide Holidays. Health Insurance options including Medical, Dental, Vision. Work From Home Support: Home office setup allowance; monthly allowance for cell phone and Internet. Care benefits: Monthly allowance on food and wellness; annual allowance toward childcare; lifetime benefit for family planning such as adoption or fertility expenses. Retirement: 401k (Traditional and Roth) in the US (employer match up to 4% of base salary) and Pension plans internationally. Monthly allowance to dog‑food the app. Parental Leave: 16 weeks of paid parental leave plus one month gradual return to work; company leave allowances run concurrently with country leave requirements which take precedence.
