Coordinator - Trauma Program

This role requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a high-stress environment. Responsibilities Include Providing acute care with an emphasis on trauma or related fields. Applying advanced nursing skills to deliver quality patient-centered care. Working effectively under minimal supervision and taking appropriate actions in critical situations. Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years of acute care nursing experience, preferably in critical care or trauma nursing. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Must obtain a BSN within three (3) years of hire or transfer, and be enrolled in a BSN program within twelve (12) months.
