Title : Business Development Specialist
Pay : $80,000 - $100,000
Location : Boston, MA (Hybrid)

Summary :
Seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to support the Intellectual Property Division, with a focus on the Patent Prosecution practice.

Requirements:

4+ years of business development and/or marketing experience within a law firm or professional services environment
Strong attorney-facing skills and confidence in engaging with partners and senior stakeholders
Bachelor's degree required
Ideally, prior IP experience supporting Patent Prosecution or IP Litigation practices

Responsibilities:

Draft and maintain practice descriptions, attorney bios, marketing collateral, and experience lists
Manage legal directory submissions and awards processes
Support publication of client alerts and thought leadership content
Assist in proposals, pitches, and RFP responses
Conduct market and competitive intelligence research
Track opportunities and report through CRM systems

Benefits :

$20 lunch stipend
Discretionary performance-based bonus, prorated annually
Approximately 20 or more hours of overtime included
