Extrity Services is seeking a motivated, professional, and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help expand our client base across security staffing, security consulting, training services, SOP development, and event security solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities in a growing service-based organization.
Location
- Remote (U.S. based)
- Preference for candidates located in Tennessee or Philadelphia , but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits
- $21/hour + commission OR $60,000 annual salary + commission
- Commission-only structure also available for experienced sales professionals
- Uncapped commission potential

Schedule
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts:
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Must be responsive to client and prospect communications outside scheduled hours when necessary
About the Role
The SDR will be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through targeted prospecting, outbound calls, personalized email outreach, lead qualification, and CRM management.
This is not a high-volume cold-calling position focused solely on activity metrics. We are looking for someone who can become a knowledgeable first point of contact, understand client challenges, identify security-related needs, and help move prospects toward discovery meetings and proposal opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research target companies and identify key decision-makers
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify prospective clients and uncover business needs
- Schedule meetings for leadership and sales teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
- Execute timely and consistent follow-up activities
- Track all prospect interactions and sales activities
- Represent the company's brand professionally in all client communications
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong phone presence and confidence making outbound calls
- Experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, appointment setting, or outbound sales
- Ability to build rapport and engage decision-makers
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Ability to follow proven sales processes while maintaining a natural and professional communication style
- Comfortable learning and presenting complex service offerings
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling or prospecting for security services
- Background in staffing, hospitality, healthcare, education, facilities management, or property management industries
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies
- Experience supporting service-based B2B organizations

Performance Expectations
Following onboarding, the SDR will typically be expected to:
- Make 25–40 outbound calls per day
- Send 10–20 personalized emails per day
- Research or verify 10–20 new contacts daily
- Maintain 100% CRM documentation
- Escalate hot opportunities immediately
- Ensure all qualified prospects have a defined follow-up plan
