International Marketing Coordinator

The International Marketing Coordinator plays a key support role in helping drive and coordinate marketing initiatives across the broader International Marketing team within a fast-paced growth organization. Reporting to the Senior Director, International Brand Experience, this role helps facilitate regional support requests, market questions, and U.S. marketing support needs by organizing information, coordinating inputs, tracking next steps, and connecting stakeholders with the right resources. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting project timelines, coordinating team workstreams, managing marketing resources, assisting with presentations and reports, and helping ensure initiatives move forward efficiently. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, proactive follow-up, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative matrix environment.ResponsibiltiesCoordinates marketing initiatives across the International Marketing team by supporting project plans, timelines, deliverables, meeting preparation, and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.Facilitates regional support requests and market questions by clarifying needs, routing inquiries, coordinating responses, and ensuring timely follow-up from the appropriate brand, marketing, creative, or agency partners.Maintains visibility to team priorities and open workstreams through trackers, support logs, calendars, resource folders, and concise status updates.Organizes and maintains international marketing resources, including brand tools, campaign materials, marketing asset libraries, and market-facing support content.Supports ad hoc initiatives and priority requests for the Senior Director, International Brand Experience and VP, International Marketing.Preferred QualificationsHighly organized with strong project coordination and follow-through skillsInterest in brand marketing, creative development, campaign execution, consumer brands, and international businessDetail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to collaborate across diverse work styles, functions, regions, and external partnersAbility to manage multiple priorities, organize information, and meet deadlines with guidanceComfort working with Microsoft Office tools, shared files, calendars, trackers, and presentation materialsProficient in Microsoft PowerPoint with ability to develop presentation slides for marketing leadershipProactive, curious, and comfortable asking questions, following up, and helping move projects forwardProfessional, dependable, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentYears of Experience2 - 4 years of marketing, project coordination, brand, agency, or related experience requiredRestaurant or consumer brand experience preferredCross-functional team experience preferredInspire is a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes more than 33,300 Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s, and SONIC restaurants worldwide.
