Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating high-quality marketing materials that support the sale and leasing of commercial real estate properties. This position works closely with agents, sales partners, and the Marketing Team to transform property information, market data, and complex concepts into polished, visually compelling, and easy-to-understand marketing materials. The Marketing Coordinator must be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign and Illustrator, and capable of producing timely, accurate, and consistent work while managing multiple projects and deadlines. The position requires strong attention to detail, creativity, organization, and a commitment to maintaining brand standards across all marketing materials. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Produce BOVs, Offering Memorandums (OMs), brochures, flyers, proposals, and presentations using established templates and brand standards. Design and customize marketing materials using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, incorporating photography, maps, aerials, logos, infographics, Excel charts, floor plans, site plans, and other graphic elements. Assist with the creation, implementation, and ongoing management of property marketing campaigns, including updating property information and marketing materials across applicable listing platforms and marketing channels. Manage and prioritize incoming marketing requests from agents and sales partners while meeting established deadlines. Transfer agent-provided content, financial information, and property data into professionally designed Adobe InDesign materials. Select aerial imagery and use Adobe Illustrator and/or CorelDRAW to create and edit professionally marked aerials and maps identifying properties, major roads and highways, points of interest, retailer logos, and other relevant market information. Create and edit site plans, floor plans, stacking plans, and other property-specific graphics for use in proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. Prepare materials for both digital distribution and professional print production. Qualifications & Experience Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong design sense with the ability to organize complex information into clear, visually compelling materials. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills. Highly organized and deadline-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously. Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Ability to receive direction and feedback from multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator. Experience in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, including basic photo editing and enhancement. Experience in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience designing multi-page documents and creating professional page layouts in Adobe InDesign. Experience preparing both print and digital marketing materials. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant professional experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
