Position Summary A Marketing Coordinator to provide temporary, full-time administrative and execution support for the Marketing department. This role will focus on carrying out day-to-day marketing tasks tied to EyeSouth's practice acquisitions, rebranding projects, TIN migrations, and doctor offboarding working closely with the VP of Marketing to keep ongoing initiatives on track. Responsibilities Execute marketing workstream tasks tied to affiliate acquisitions, rebranding projects (Co-Branding and Full Rebranding), and TIN migrations, following established EyeSouth playbooks and checklists. In partnership with the PA, coordinate signage updates (exterior and interior) for new, rebranded, or consolidated practice locations, including working with vendors on ordering and installation timelines. Work with our Graphic Designer to update logos, visual assets, and brand elements across websites, print materials, digital platforms, and signage in line with approved brand guidelines. Work with our digital partners to maintain and update practice directory listings and location information on the ESP website and affiliate websites to reflect new practices, name changes, or address updates. Coordinate distribution of press releases, blog posts, and social media graphics announcing acquisitions, rebrands, or new locations. Ensure email signatures, patient-facing forms, and other collateral are updated to reflect current brand names and legal entity information. Assist in the preparation distribution of patient email communications and referring provider notices related to brand, ownership, or practice changes. Support internal/employee-facing communications and materials during rebranding or integration projects. Assist with maintaining or transitioning marketing platform accounts (e.g., Hootsuite, Brevium, SolutionReach) as affiliates consolidate or transition brands. Track project timelines and task completion across marketing checklists (e.g., Smartsheet templates) for active acquisition, rebrand, and TIN migration projects. Ensure timely deliver and execution of tasks as to not delay other departments from executing their tasks. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field), or equivalent years of experience. 2–4 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, marketing administrator, or similar administrative/operations support role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, IT, HR, Compliance, RCM, Accounting & Finance). Experience with social media management tools, website content management systems, or project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet) is a plus. Healthcare, multi-site, or multi-location business experience is a plus but not required.
