Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary: The overall goal of the Marketing Coordinator is to support the company in winning new work, while promoting and enhancing client relationships and the company's image, working under the direction of the Marketing Director and in coordination with regional leadership.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include:

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Company's services and capabilities, and those of the Company's competitors.
• Develop professional project pursuit documents, including RFPs, RFQs, and Statements of Qualification.
• Assist in the development, production, and distribution of marketing and promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, boilerplates, staff resumes/qualifications, client references, and site signage.
• Manage a centralized system for storage and retrieval of client and marketing information (Prophet), including project summaries and completion statistics.
• Conduct research on market opportunities, trends, and competitors, and recommend strategies to generate new clients and win profitable business.
• Develop publicity programs and press releases through trade journals, social media, and other publications.
• Research, plan, and coordinate participation in industry trade shows, conventions, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Identify and manage submissions for industry award and building competition entries.
• Other related duties.

Education, Experience, and Licensing/Certifications include:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Some construction industry experience preferred; working knowledge of the construction industry, including design-build general contracting, is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop/InDesign, social media platforms, and CRM systems such as Prophet.
