HFW's growing network includes more than 700 professionals nationwide and continues to invest in strengthening local expertise while expanding national collaboration and resources.Follow us on LinkedIn -> NovusEssential responsibilitiesPursuit & Proposal SupportCoordinate development, production, and delivery of proposals, qualifications packages, and interview materialsGather and organize project data, resumes, references, and supporting pursuit contentTrack RFQ/RFP opportunities, deadlines, schedules, and submission requirementsSupport pursuit planning and business development efforts led by firm leadershipAssist in preparing client presentations and interview materialsMarketing Content & CRM ManagementMaintain accurate and up-to-date marketing information, including project descriptions, staff bios, and firm qualificationsSupport management of CRM data (clients, contacts, projects, and opportunities) within Unanet CRMOrganize and maintain marketing content libraries, project visuals, and pursuit materialsAssist with reporting and data quality initiatives to support marketing and business development effortsMarketing & Presentation SupportDevelop and format written and visual materials for presentations and interviewsAssist with project sheets, resumes, templates, and marketing collateral updatesSupport organization of photography, project imagery, and digital asset managementEnsure all materials align with INVISION brand standardsEvents & Marketing CoordinationSupport planning and coordination of conferences, sponsorships, client events, and community engagement activitiesAssist with event logistics, promotional materials, and branded collateralSupport day-to-day marketing operations and administrative needs as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field preferred2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, business development, or professional servicesA/E/C industry experience preferred but not requiredStrong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign requiredExperience with CRM platforms, databases, or information management systems preferredFamiliarity with Unanet CRM, AirTable, and OpenAsset is a plusSelf-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn and grow within a team environment
