Maserati - Incentives & Competitive Intelligence Analyst

This tactical role supports the execution of Maserati’s incentive programs and competitive intelligence efforts. The Analyst will manage daily incentive operations, monitor competitor activity, and provide actionable insights to support product and pricing decisions.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and audit payout files, website incentives, and policy adjustmentsPrepare bulletins, sell sheets, and field communicationsCoordinate dealer launch decks, CRM/Web/App offer alignment, and field communicationsSupport monthly incentive deck creation, dealer launch decks, and inventory chase analysisConduct competitive research using sources like JD Power, S&P, ALG, and internal dataDeliver customized intelligence reports and support product pricing analysisBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field2+ years of experience in automotive incentives, pricing, or competitive analysisStrong attention to detail and ability to synthesize large data setsProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM toolsExcellent communication and reporting skillsBrand: FCA GroupJob ID: 2017052Employment Type: Full-timeJob Area: Sales and MarketingPosted Date: 17/04/2026
