Profile of Success\n

Seeking a Senior Stock Plan Administrator with 7+ years of progressive equity compensation administration experience preferred, including hands-on experience supporting complex, publicly traded companies.

\n

The ideal candidate can independently manage stock plan operations, complex equity transactions, ESPPs, RSU releases, PSU support, reporting, reconciliations, compliance controls, and cross-functional coordination.

\n

Experience with one or more leading equity platforms is important, including Equity Edge Online (EEO), Shareworks, Fidelity PSW, Schwab EquiView, Certent, Carta, or comparable systems.

\n

Success requires strong technical judgment, exceptional accuracy, client and participant service, and the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.

The Role\n

Stock & Option Solutions, Inc., an AllShares company, is seeking experienced Senior Stock Plan Administrators to join our People Solutions team and support corporate clients with their equity compensation programs.

\n

As part of a growing global equity compensation organization, we combine specialized stock plan expertise with technology, advisory, and client-service capabilities.

Depending on the engagement, you may support one complex corporate client or multiple clients as a senior administrator, subject-matter expert, or key member of their equity administration function.

\n

You will partner with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to manage equity plan activities, resolve issues, improve processes, and deliver accurate, reliable administration services.

\n

The Work You’ll Do\n

Responsibilities vary by engagement and may include:

\n

\n
• Independently manage stock plan administration and daily operations.
\n
• Administer stock options, restricted stock, RSUs, PSUs, ESPPs, and other equity compensation programs.
\n
• Process and validate grants, vesting, releases, exercises, settlements, cancellations, and participant transactions.
\n
• Manage ESPP enrollment, contributions, purchases, reporting, reconciliations, and communications.
\n
• Support performance-based awards, executive transactions, vesting conditions, and corporate actions.
\n
• Maintain accurate employee, grant, award, participant, and transaction data in equity platforms.
\n
• Coordinate with equity platforms, brokerage partners, transfer agents, and service providers.
\n
• Monitor data feeds, integrations, file layouts, and administrative workflows.
\n
• Perform reconciliations, data validation, recurring reporting, and ad hoc analysis.
\n
• Investigate discrepancies involving awards, transactions, taxes, payroll, data feeds, and systems.
\n
• Support stock-based compensation accounting, financial reporting, audits, SEC reporting, proxy reporting, Section 16, and Section 6039, as applicable.
\n
• Assist with international equity plans, global mobility, cross-border transactions, and tax considerations.
\n
• Collaborate with Payroll, Accounting, Finance, Legal, Tax, HR, HRIS, Technology, and external partners.
\n
• Respond to participant and stakeholder inquiries with accurate, timely, professional service.
\n
• Support employee education, equity communications, and training.
\n
• Coordinate or lead plan implementations, amendments, platform transitions, corporate actions, and related projects.
\n
• Maintain and improve procedures, documentation, reporting, and internal controls.
\n
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, efficiency, and stronger operational practices.
\n
• Evaluate complex issues, communicate risks, recommend solutions, and manage resolution plans.
\n
• Provide subject-matter expertise, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
\n
• Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and client commitments while maintaining high standards.
\n
• Support additional stock plan initiatives and special projects as needed.
\n

The Expertise We’re Looking For\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant industry experience.
\n
• 7+ years of progressive equity compensation administration experience preferred.
\n
• Significant experience supporting complex, publicly traded organizations.
\n
• Strong knowledge of stock options, restricted stock, RSUs, PSUs, ESPPs, and other equity awards.
\n
• Proficiency with one or more equity platforms, including EEO, Shareworks, Fidelity PSW, Schwab EquiView, Certent, Carta, or comparable systems.
\n
• Ability to independently manage stock plan operations, complex transactions, deadlines, and participant inquiries.
\n
• Experience with reporting, reconciliations, data management, and operational controls.
\n
• Understanding of equity taxation, payroll coordination, stock-based compensation reporting, and compliance.
\n
• Experience supporting audits, SEC reporting, executive transactions, and regulatory requirements.
\n
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
\n
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business systems.
\n
• Ability to investigate system, data, transaction, and reporting discrepancies and resolve issues.
\n
• Experience collaborating across Payroll, Accounting, Finance, HR, Legal, Tax, and related functions.
\n
• Strong project management, prioritization, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
\n
• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) or Equity Compensation Associate (ECA) credential preferred.
\n
• Global equity plans, mobility, corporate actions, and platform implementation experience are pluses.
\n
• Corporate stock administration, equity compensation vendor, brokerage, consulting, and outsourced administration experience valued.
\n
