* Lead and manage a team of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) in providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to our residents
* Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
* Conduct assessments, set goals, and document progress for each resident
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive care
* Stay up-to-date with the latest research, trends, and technologies in rehabilitation services
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and maintains compliance with all relevant standards and guidelines
* Support and mentor staff members to ensure ongoing professional growth and development
