Children's Room Specialist - Intern

Children's Room Specialist Intern As a Children's Room Specialist Intern, you'll work with our Children and Youth Services Program serving children aged 2 and up who obtain support at the Brooklyn Family Justice Center. Participating in and facilitating appropriate early childhood and school-aged activities. You'll also participate in community outreach, service linkages, and other resources for the children in our program. Some of the activities you'll lead are: STEM projects Arts and Crafts Computer literacy Homework help and education support Development of life skills You're a great fit for this role if you: Are creative, responsible, patient, kind, and caring. Enjoy working with children. Have strong organizational and time management skills. Have a valid US driver's license (preferred). Have a school diploma (associate's degree preferred but not required).
