Your Role At Capgemini Invent, we partner with leading organizations to reimagine supply chains as intelligent, resilient, and AI-enabled value engines - moving beyond functional silos toward fully connected ecosystems. As a Managing Consultant, you will support the delivery of end-to-end supply chain transformation engagements across planning, procurement, and logistics, helping clients unlock measurable business outcomes through data, analytics, and Generative AI. You will play a key role in shaping insights, designing future-state processes, and driving execution across workstreams, while building your capabilities as a trusted advisor in supply chain strategy and transformation. This role is ideal for a versatile consultant who can operate across the full supply chain spectrum and contribute to integrated, business-first transformation programs.Support the delivery of end-to-end supply chain transformation engagements across planning, procurement, and logistics, ensuring integration across functions and alignment to enterprise objectivesTranslate business challenges into data-driven insights and AI-enabled solutions, leveraging advanced analytics and GenAI to enhance decision-making, agility, and resilienceContribute to the design of future-ready operating models, integrating process, data, technology, and governance to optimize cost-to-serve and service performanceLead discrete workstreams or modules within larger transformation programs, ensuring high-quality delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomesApply AI and GenAI tools to accelerate analysis, scenario modeling, and solution design, improving speed, insight quality, and innovation in client deliveryCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enable seamless integration across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics execution, moving clients beyond siloed optimizationSupport the evaluation and roadmap development for digital supply chain platforms (including SAP / S/4HANA ecosystems), ensuring alignment with business strategy (advisory-led vs. tool-led)Contribute to internal capability building, asset development, and go-to-market initiatives within the Supply Chain Transformation practiceQualifications & Experience Must Have5–8 years of experience in supply chain consulting or transformation, with exposure across at least two of the following: planning, procurement, logisticsProven ability to support end-to-end supply chain strategy or operating model design, with an understanding of how functions integrate into a unified value chainStrong consulting toolkit: structured problem solving, stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and data-driven analysisExperience working with or alongside AI, analytics, or digital solutions to enable supply chain decision-making or process improvementFamiliarity with ERP and supply chain platforms, with exposure to SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) environmentsNice to HaveExperience supporting SAP S/4HANA-enabled supply chain transformations, including exposure to modules across planning, procurement, warehouse, or logistics processesKnowledge of integrated business planning (IBP), demand/supply planning, or inventory optimization conceptsExposure to digital planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder) or logistics platformsExperience contributing to AI / GenAI use case development, such as scenario intelligence, predictive analytics, or automation in supply chain contextsAdvanced degree (MBA or equivalent) or relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma)What You'll Love About Working Here?Build a network within the Capgemini Group and contribute to the education of other Business Units around practice offerings to support existing account expansionPlay a significant role in client proposals and RFI/RFP responses from initial brief to final sales presentationsNurture and expand existing account relationshipsIdentify potential personal business relationships that can be leveraged by the practice to develop new businessIdentify potential project extension and expansion opportunities while staffed on projectsSupport the development of thought leadership and innovative offerings as they relate to AI/Data Science, Digital Customer Analytics, and Operational AnalyticsSupport the upskilling of the team members on topics related to Data & AnalyticsThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $140,000 to $180,000 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
