Asheville, NC 28803| $18/hr | Schedule: 9-6 Tuesday-Friday and 10-5 on Saturday

Contract-to-Hire | Start Date: 8/18/26

Leasing Consultant Responsibilities  

• Tour apartment homes and confidently lease units to prospective residents 
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong resident relationships 
• Manage applications, lease paperwork, and follow-ups with accuracy 
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist in daily office operations 
• Support marketing efforts and community events 
• Assist residents with concerns and submit service requests 

 

Requirements  

• Minimum 1 year of apartment/multifamily leasing experience REQUIRED 
• Knowledge of Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon, or similar software REQUIRED 
• Understanding of Fair Housing regulations REQUIRED 
• Strong sales ability with a proven track record of closing leases 
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance 
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision
