Learn more at Your Mission As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ClearEdge, your mission is to identify and attract top talent to support our customers' critical missions. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers and candidates, delivering a seamless and thoughtful recruiting experience from first contact through onboarding. Your work directly supports our ability to build highly qualified teams that drive national security and innovation forward. This position has a hybrid schedule on an as-needed basis; it is primarily in person at our office. You Will Excel in This Role If: You enjoy connecting people with purpose-driven work You balance working independently with seamless collaboration across hiring teams, HR, and leadership You thrive in a high-velocity environment and can move top priority candidates through the hiring process quickly You bring energy, professionalism, and discretion to every candidate interaction You are proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently You can understand complex technical job requirements and match them with qualified candidates You balance relationship building with results, keeping pipelines full and hiring managers informed A Day in the Life Of: Review job descriptions and collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Source and screen candidates for technical and non-technical roles across the organization Conduct interviews via phone, video, or in-person, and evaluate candidate qualifications Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams Extend offers, initiate background checks, and support onboarding as needed Maintain accurate candidate records for EEO compliance and reporting Promote ClearEdge culture and benefits to external candidates Participate in job fairs and recruiting events (5-10% travel) Track and report recruiting metrics to leadership Must Have: 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting Proficiency in job boards, sourcing tools, and social media platforms for recruitment Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to assess candidate qualifications against complex job requirements Experience supporting both technical and non-technical hiring needs Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Nice to Have: Experience recruiting within government contracting or the intelligence community Experience with Lever, the ATS tool Knowledge of EEO and OFCCP compliance PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar HR certification Understanding of security clearance processes Microsoft Office Specialist certification ClearEdge is an established small business that values its employees and is committed to providing an environment where individuals can succeed and grow.
