What You'll Bring 2+ years of full-cycle Accounts Receivable experience Experience with: Customer billing and invoicing Collections Cash applications Account reconciliations Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: Pivot Tables XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP ERP system experience Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills What You'll Do As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll help ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes by: Auditing invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance Researching and resolving client billing inquiries in a timely, professional manner Processing credit card payments and customer credits Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies Managing collections activities and maintaining customer account balances Generating accurate client statements and account reports Processing invoice billing with a high degree of accuracy Applying payments and performing cash application activities Monitoring aging accounts and reducing outstanding receivables Conducting account audits and data reviews to maintain data integrity Managing a high volume of collection correspondence and follow-up activities Collaborating with accounting team members and cross-functional partners Meeting deadlines while balancing multiple priorities Providing additional support to the accounting team as needed Why Join Us? Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Greenwood Village, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
