About the Role: Our client is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their team and serve as a key point of contact for customers. This person will play a big role in creating a positive experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat Respond to questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner Troubleshoot issues and provide effective, solution-oriented support Process orders, updates, and returns while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Track order status and provide customers with updates and follow-up as needed Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems Partner with internal teams (operations, sales, logistics, etc.) to resolve issues and ensure a seamless experience Escalate more complex issues when needed and follow through to resolution Assist with general administrative tasks and support overall team operations Identify trends or recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements Qualifications: 1–3 years of customer service or support experience Strong communication skills—both written and verbal Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering a great customer experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Experience with CRM systems or order processing platforms is a plus Team-player attitude with the ability to work independently when needed Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
