Responsibilities Provide dental services to patients with the support of a dedicated team Work with practice technology, including DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces Maintain compliance with yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training Manage patient flow: typical case mix includes approximately 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients per day Serve a patient base that includes children (primarily ages 3–21) and up to 30% adults (depending on location) Understand state insurance plans, PPO networks, and out-of-network payor considerations This opportunity offers growth and development through mentoring and collaboration. Qualifications DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program (CODA) Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligibility for licensure Other required certifications (e.g., CPR, DEA) Nitrous Oxide certification (where applicable by state: LA, MS, DC, TX, MA) Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care for both children and adults We value teamwork, mutual respect, and inclusion.
