Client Support Specialist I - Hybrid

Eurofins seeks a Client Support Specialist I to manage communications between clients and laboratory staff for vitamin testing services. The role involves responding to inquiries, coordinating sample data, explaining technical findings, and providing administrative support in a hybrid Des Moines office.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate information exchange between clients and laboratory staff via phone and email
• Respond to client requests within Service Level Agreement timeframes
• Translate and explain technical information and testing issues to clients
• Monitor turn-around times and track sample data for accounts requiring special procedures
• Prepare quotes and provide clerical support to client services operations

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in scientific field OR Associate degree with 2 years client/customer service experience
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Laboratory environment experience preferred
• Science background or college-level science training preferred
• Proficiency with laboratory information systems and electronic resources
