Location: Miami, FL
- Approximately 60% travel across other facilities in Pompano, Orlando, Haines City, Bradenton/Sarasota, and Atlanta
- Stable company that has been in business for over 20 years and has plans to continue opening more plans in the future
- Opportunity to begin with regional plant responsibility and expand to all six facilities based on demonstrated performance
- Leadership of plant managers in facilities operating seven days a week, 365 days a year
- Offers a full benefit package including health insurance, 401k with match, and PTO
- Company vehicle and phone provided
- Lead operating performance and cost improvement across six continuously operating plants
- Manage and develop six plant managers while maintaining detailed visibility into individual facility performance
- Optimize staffing and production schedules to meet customer deadlines while controlling overtime and improving employee retention
- Maintain production continuity during equipment failures, operational disruptions, and plant-management vacancies
- Standardize operating practices across customer-owned goods processing facilities with demanding turnaround requirements
- Drive measurable improvements in productivity, labor utilization, scheduling, and cost control
- Manufacturing or commercial laundry operations experience
- Demonstrated success leading multiple operating locations with accountability for productivity, staffing, scheduling, overtime, retention, and costs
