To learn more, visit us at The Human Resources Generalist serves as a vital link between Saputo’s team members, management, and external services groups; driving excellence in all facets of the human resources function. **What You’ll Do at Saputo** * Be a key onsite business partner by developing strong relationships with employees leading to an understanding of how HR can best support each Saputo Department.* Support HR Manager and employees with program administration, employee relations, retention, payroll, safety, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, worker’s compensation.* Conduct onboarding, employee exits, investigations, and other employee engagement activities.* Interprets, develops and ensures consistent application of all Saputo policies.* Key Talent Acquisition leader, responsible for role assessment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, reference/background checks, job offers, orientation and HRIS transactions (Workday preferred).* Coordinate office events and volunteer events, order supplies, resolve facilities concerns and other duties as required. * Minimum 3-5 years of HR and recruiting experience.* Ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships and influence and guide others.* Strong leadership, communication, presentation, problem solving, organization and time management skills.* Current knowledge of legal requirements for human resources, labor, and safety.* Ability to remain approachable and accessible to employees on all shifts. * Development opportunities that enhance you career fulfillment.* Meaningful compensation & benefits that help you care for your family.* Opportunities to contribute to your community and enhance the lives of others through Saputo products.Salary Range: $ 61,820 to $77,275***Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training****.*In the USA, Saputo ranks among the top three cheese producers and is one of the top producers of extended shelf-life and cultured dairy products, with a portfolio of well-loved brands such as Stella, Frigo Cheese, Montchevre, Stella, and Treasure Cave.
