Human Resource Generalist

Job Description Manage all aspects of HR within an organization. Ensure HR policies, procedures and programs are implemented effectively and in alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Perform recruitment tasks: job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, pre‑employment checks, drug testing, etc. Manage benefit enrollments for health, dental, vision, life insurance and 401(k). Conduct employee performance reviews and address employee relations matters. Maintain labor law compliance, facilitate training and development, and provide HR data analysis and reporting. Qualifications Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree may be preferred. Experience: 2–5 years in HR‑related roles (HR Assistant, Coordinator) with a preference for experience in a leadership or management role. Knowledge and Skills: Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices; excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Certification: Preferred or required to hold certification from SHRM or HRCI. Technology: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, performance management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Compliance: Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations is essential.
