Furnace Operator Our client, a leader in the nutrition industry, is seeking a Furnace Operator to join their team. As a Furnace Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting quality assurance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Monterey, TN Pay Range: $18 Schedule: 12 hr: 6PM - 6:30AM, 4 on / 4 off What's the Job? Operate and monitor furnace equipment to ensure optimal performance. Pack finished products according to specified guidelines and quality standards. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. What's Needed? Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle physical demands. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance.
