Our client, a leader in the nutrition industry, is seeking a Furnace Operator to join their team. As a Furnace Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting quality assurance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Monterey, TN

Pay Range: $18 Schedule: 12 hr: 6PM - 6:30AM, 4 on / 4 off

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor furnace equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Pack finished products according to specified guidelines and quality standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle physical demands.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance.
• Commitment to following safety and quality standards.
• Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively
