Senior Staff Accountant

Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 DOE A well-established agricultural and food production company in Bakersfield is expanding its accounting team and seeking an experienced accounting professional to support ongoing growth and operational complexity. Location: Bakersfield, CA (Onsite) Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 DOE The Opportunity As the accounting department continues to evolve, this position will serve as a senior member of the finance team, taking ownership of key accounting functions while partnering closely with leadership and operational departments. The Senior Staff Accountant will help drive month-end and year-end processes, support financial reporting initiatives, and contribute to process improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing technical accounting responsibilities with cross-functional collaboration.
