This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple areas of accounting and wants the opportunity to take ownership of key financial processes.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain accurate general ledger accounts and supporting schedulesPrepare, review, and post journal entries for assets, liabilities, revenue, and expensesPerform monthly account reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepanciesPrepare trial balances and assist with month-end and year-end close activitiesPrepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss statementsMaintain subsidiary ledgers and ensure financial data is accurate and properly supportedAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisSupport external audits by preparing account reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documentationIdentify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and reportingProvide accounting support and financial information to leadership as neededWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field3+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles
