As a dedicated school social worker, you'll work closely with students who require emotional support, helping foster a positive and supportive learning environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active licensure as a School Social Worker
• Prior experience supporting elementary grade students, preferably within schools
• Strong understanding of childhood development and emotional support strategies
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage with students, families, and school personnel
• Compassion, patience, and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting
• Ability to maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district policies

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess student needs and develop individualized strategies for emotional and behavioral support
