Main Responsibilities Project Management Support the Franchise Operations team with various ad hoc, time-bound priority projects for the franchise Meeting Coordination Coordinate and support town halls and employee engagement activities. Participant in and capture key insights and follow up from critical franchise operations-driven meetings. Franchise Operations and Internal Communications Manage the Franchise calendar Maintain and update team distribution lists to ensure proper communication flow Manage the global rare diseases mailbox, ensuring timely responses and appropriate routing of inquiries Support the team with Product Review Board submissions Partner with Corporate Communications to maintain communication channels across the franchise Oversee coordination with Graphic Design hub at the Franchise level Manage a variety of Franchise-wide routine processes associated with data collection & sharing. Onboarding & Team Development Deploy and maintain onboarding resources to ensure effective delivery to new team members based on project standards. Develop and facilitate several employee engagement opportunities for the Global Rare Franchise. Communications & Stakeholder Management Support internal communications strategy and execution Facilitate cross-functional collaboration on various projects and initiatives Manage the Franchise SharePoint & Teams site About You Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree 3-5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative management Strong organizational and time management skills Proven ability to communicate effectively in teams, small groups and in a large group presentation environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and direction Travel approximately 10% Preferred Qualifications Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry Experience supporting senior leadership teams Project management certification or experience Competencies Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders Proactive problem-solving approach Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information Adaptability and flexibility in a changing environment Collaborative team player with ability to work independently Why Choose Us?
