Global Meetings Coordinator

We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Global Room Scheduler to join a leading Company located in the East Hanover, NJ surrounding area. The Internal Meetings & Events (IME) Global Room Scheduler plays a critical role in ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination of meeting spaces and related services for corporate meetings and events. This position serves as a primary point of contact for room booking requests, manages scheduling systems, and collaborates with internal teams and customers to deliver high-quality experiences for the client's associates and stakeholders. Required Qualifications Experience managing high-volume room reservations or event scheduling Experience booking meeting space across multiple locations, global exposure preferred Proficiency in Outlook shared calendars and mailboxes Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems Experience with SharePoint or similar platforms Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Preferred Experience Event management or enterprise scheduling systems Corporate hospitality or client-facing coordination roles #J-18808-Ljbffr TAD PGS, Inc.
