Coordinate with clients to schedule interviews and facilitate the hiring process. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to expand our talent pool. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment. Qualifications Previous experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a related role. Strong understanding of healthcare industry terminology, roles, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a plus. Ability to work independently and remotely, while also being a team player.
