Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate executives' schedules, meetings, and communications efficiently
- Prepare and organize important documents, reports, and correspondence
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
